Junior operations and documentation staff we have already watched work
Tuyển nhân viên logistics mới ra trường cho vận hành và chứng từ: đã được đào tạo và đánh giá trước khi bạn gặp.
Cargonomics places vetted junior staff with logistics companies in Vietnam: graduates we have trained and assessed ourselves, so you fill operations and documentation desks at entry level with less of the usual first-hire risk.
Backed by a network of 1,000+ industry professionals.
Desks we assess for
2Transport modes and the operational flow of a real shipment are the core of the program, and the group sees the same flow at a working port.
Bills of lading, invoices, customs declarations and certificates of origin are taught in class, and accuracy is scored in every exercise.
Every desk here maps to work we assess in the program. You interview two or three, not fifty.
What you get
Vetted junior staff, with less of the usual first-hire risk
Cargonomics places vetted junior logistics staff with shipping and logistics companies in Vietnam: graduates we have trained and assessed ourselves, so you get the value of hiring at entry level with less of the risk that usually comes with a first hire.
You meet two or three people we have watched work, with our assessment notes, instead of screening a pile of CVs.
Every candidate has completed our career development program: classroom training, a full working day at the port, and assessment all the way through.
They already know the desk they are joining, so onboarding is shorter and the first months carry less risk for you.
The desks logistics companies hire for
We know the desks you hire for. Here is the fit.
You hire juniors into operations and documentation, and the usual route to them is a pile of CVs and one interview. We train graduates for this work first and assess them across the whole program, so you meet people whose habits are already on record.
Operations executive. Transport modes and the operational flow of a real shipment are the core of the program, and the group sees the same flow at a working port.
Documentation executive. Bills of lading, invoices, customs declarations and certificates of origin are taught in class, and accuracy is scored in every exercise.

Why hire this way
Three ways to fill these desks
Option 1
Post on a job board
- Hundreds of CVs to screen yourself
- No idea who can actually do the work
- Training starts from zero on day one
- Cheap to post
Option 2
Use a recruitment agency
- Someone else does the screening
- Screened on a CV and one interview
- No industry training behind the candidate
- Fee on every hire, whoever it is
Option 3
Cargonomics talent pipeline

Where this is not the right fit
Not the right fit if you need experienced staff, managers, drivers or warehouse operatives, or a role outside Vietnam. The program prepares final-year students and fresh graduates for entry-level office desks.
Questions employers ask
Before you get in touch
What does vetted mean here?
Assessed throughout the program rather than through a CV or a single interview: participation, communication, learning ability, problem solving, attitude and overall potential are observed in every session and on the port day. Our assessment notes on each candidate come with the shortlist.
Which entry-level logistics roles can we fill this way?
Operations, documentation, customer service, logistics coordination, junior sales and commercial support roles, and other entry-level positions in shipping and logistics. We do not place experienced or senior staff.
How do we meet the candidates?
Tell us the desk you are filling. We shortlist from the current cohort against it and share our assessment notes on each person. You interview two or three candidates who have already been trained and observed, not a pile of CVs.
Where are the candidates based, and is the training in English?
The program runs in Ho Chi Minh City and is taught in English. Candidates are final-year students, fresh graduates and first-time job seekers who are based in or willing to travel to Ho Chi Minh City, and communication in English is part of what we assess.
