Intake Session

Pre-work. A guided one-to-one to surface the real problem, not the presenting one. We identify exactly where your leadership is costing you.

The Circle

Live, unscripted scenarios drawn from maritime contexts, held in person over consecutive sessions. Real-time feedback and peer-to-peer mirrors, with no slides and no scripts.

Integration Day

A follow-up session four to six weeks later. What broke down, what stuck, and practical playbooks for leading your team and yourself.
