Our Team
Founder of Cargonomics, a Vietnam-based training, recruitment, consulting, and events management company focused on the shipping and logistics industry. Elias brings 25 years of experience in container shipping across functions (shipping, ports, logistics) and geographies (India, the US, Sri Lanka, and Vietnam). He served as APL's Managing Director in Vietnam from 2011 to 2015, then held regional management roles for the CMA CGM Group in Vietnam. From 2019 to 2025 he was ZIM's Country Manager in Vietnam. Elias holds board representations at VICT Port and Lotus Link, a domestic shipping line joint venture set up in 2023, and has chaired the SingCham Vietnam Supply Chain Sector Committee since 2019, connecting industry professionals across Vietnam and the region. He holds a Master's degree from the National University of Singapore and is based in Ho Chi Minh City.
With over 25 years in international shipping and logistics, Anthony brings deep operational and commercial expertise to Cargonomics. His career spans nearly two decades at APL Logistics, including 7 years as Country Director of APL Logistics Vietnam and senior global roles in Singapore as Global Head of International Order Management, VP International Order Management and Forwarding Services, and Director of Sales and Marketing Asia. Earlier he led sales and marketing for Panalpina across Asia. He now runs EvlvEdge Advisory, a Singapore-based consultancy specialising in international freight, origin services, and digital supply chain transformation. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Supply Chain Management from Curtin University.
