For freight forwarders
Junior forwarding staff, trained and assessed before you meet them
Tuyển nhân viên chứng từ, hiện trường và giao nhận mới ra trường: đã được đào tạo và đánh giá trước khi bạn gặp.
Cargonomics places vetted junior staff with freight forwarders in Vietnam: graduates we have trained and assessed ourselves, so you fill documentation, operations and customer service desks at entry level with less of the usual first-hire risk.
Backed by a network of 1,000+ industry professionals.
Desks we assess for
3Bills of lading, commercial invoices, customs declarations and certificates of origin are taught in class, and accuracy on them is scored in every exercise.
We follow a real shipment from factory to final customer in the classroom, then see the same flow at a working port on the program's port day.
Communication is assessed in every group exercise, and the training is conducted in English.
Every desk here maps to work we assess in the program. You interview two or three, not fifty.
What you get
Vetted junior staff, with less of the usual first-hire risk
Cargonomics places vetted junior logistics staff with shipping and logistics companies in Vietnam: graduates we have trained and assessed ourselves, so you get the value of hiring at entry level with less of the risk that usually comes with a first hire.
You meet two or three people we have watched work, with our assessment notes, instead of screening a pile of CVs.
Every candidate has completed our career development program: classroom training, a full working day at the port, and assessment all the way through.
They already know the desk they are joining, so onboarding is shorter and the first months carry less risk for you.
The desks freight forwarders hire for
We know the desks you hire for. Here is the fit.
You hire for the desks that keep a shipment file moving: documentation, operations, and the customer updates in between. Those are the desks our program is built around, so the graduates you meet have already been trained on this work and watched doing it.
Documentation executive. Bills of lading, commercial invoices, customs declarations and certificates of origin are taught in class, and accuracy on them is scored in every exercise.
Operations executive. We follow a real shipment from factory to final customer in the classroom, then see the same flow at a working port on the program's port day.
Customer service executive. Communication is assessed in every group exercise, and the training is conducted in English.

Where this is not the right fit
Not the right fit if you need staff with prior forwarding experience, a sales manager, or a role outside Vietnam. The program prepares final-year students and fresh graduates for entry-level desks, and it runs in Ho Chi Minh City.
Questions employers ask
Before you get in touch
Do the candidates have freight forwarding experience?
No. They are final-year students and fresh graduates. What they bring is the program: the shipping vocabulary a forwarder uses every day (BL, AWB, FCL and LCL, CY and CFS), Incoterms such as EXW, FOB and CIF, the documents behind clearance and payment, and a full day at a working port. We assess each one throughout, so you see how they work before you interview them.
Which forwarding desks can we hire for?
Documentation, operations and customer service at entry level. Junior sales and commercial roles are possible where a candidate's assessment supports it. We do not place experienced or senior staff.
How do we meet the candidates?
Tell us the desk you are filling. We shortlist from the current cohort against it and share our assessment notes on each person. You interview two or three candidates who have already been trained and observed, not a pile of CVs.
Where are the candidates based, and is the training in English?
The program runs in Ho Chi Minh City and is taught in English. Candidates are final-year students, fresh graduates and first-time job seekers who are based in or willing to travel to Ho Chi Minh City, and communication in English is part of what we assess.
