Transport roles this program does not fill
Not the right fit if you need drivers, mechanics or yard staff, or a dispatcher with a track record. The program prepares graduates for the office side of transport: coordination, scheduling support and the documents that follow the truck.

What do the candidates know about road transport?
Transport modes including inland transport, container types and the equipment that moves cargo are taught in class, a real shipment is followed from factory to final customer, and the group spends a full day at a working port facility where trucks, containers and paperwork meet. Follow-through is scored in every exercise.
Which desks at a transport company can we hire for?
Dispatch and transport coordination, transport documentation and customer updates at entry level. We do not place drivers or experienced staff.
Do the graduates understand container haulage between port and factory?
At entry level, yes. Container types, the container yard and the freight station, and the flow of a container from the port to a factory and back are covered in class and seen again on the port day.
Can a graduate handle the documents that travel with a delivery?
They know the core trade documents and why they must be accurate for delivery, clearance and payment, and accuracy is scored in every exercise. Your own delivery forms and your transport management system are learned on the job.
Are these candidates drivers?
No. The program prepares graduates for the office side of a transport business: dispatch support, coordination and transport documentation. Drivers, mechanics and yard staff need another route.
