Before you write
Where this is not the right fit
Not the right fit if you need drivers, mechanics or yard staff, or a dispatcher with a track record. The program prepares graduates for the office side of transport: coordination, scheduling support and the documents that follow the truck.

What do the candidates know about road transport?
Transport modes including inland transport, container types and the equipment that moves cargo are taught in class, a real shipment is followed from factory to final customer, and the group spends a full day at a working port facility where trucks, containers and paperwork meet. Follow-through is scored in every exercise.
Which desks at a transport company can we hire for?
Dispatch and transport coordination, transport documentation and customer updates at entry level. We do not place drivers or experienced staff.
How do we meet the candidates?
Tell us the desk you are filling. We shortlist from the current cohort against it and share our assessment notes on each person. You interview two or three candidates who have already been trained and observed, not a pile of CVs.
Where are the candidates based, and is the training in English?
The program runs in Ho Chi Minh City and is taught in English. Candidates are final-year students, fresh graduates and first-time job seekers who are based in or willing to travel to Ho Chi Minh City, and communication in English is part of what we assess.
