Before you write
Warehouse roles this program does not fill
Not the right fit if you need forklift drivers, pickers and packers or warehouse floor operatives. The program prepares graduates for the administrative and coordination desks: inventory records, inbound and outbound documentation, order processing.

Are these warehouse floor staff?
No. The program prepares graduates for the desks that run a warehouse on paper: inventory and stock records, inbound and outbound documentation, order processing and the customer updates around them. For floor operatives you will need another route.
What do the candidates know about warehouse operations?
Container types, cargo categories (general, refrigerated, dangerous goods, oversized) and the equipment that moves them are taught in class, the flow of a real shipment is followed from factory to final customer, and the group spends a full day at a working port facility. Attention to detail is scored in every exercise.
Do the graduates know how to use a warehouse management system?
Not your system. The program teaches the logistics behind the screen: how goods and documents move into and out of a facility and why records must match. Your team trains them on your warehouse management system, and they arrive knowing what the data means.
Will the graduates understand dangerous goods and cold chain cargo?
They understand the categories. General, refrigerated, dangerous goods and oversized cargo are taught in class and why each category needs different handling. Your safety procedures and certifications stay your responsibility.
Can we hire logistics coordinators for a 3PL account, not only warehouse staff?
Yes, at entry level. Graduates are trained across the logistics chain, so a junior coordinator for a customer account at a 3PL is a good fit where the assessment shows strong communication and follow-through.
