Are these warehouse floor staff?
No. The program prepares graduates for the desks that run a warehouse on paper: inventory and stock records, inbound and outbound documentation, order processing and the customer updates around them. For floor operatives you will need another route.
What do the candidates know about warehouse operations?
Container types, cargo categories (general, refrigerated, dangerous goods, oversized) and the equipment that moves them are taught in class, the flow of a real shipment is followed from factory to final customer, and the group spends a full day at a working port facility. Attention to detail is scored in every exercise.
How do we meet the candidates?
Tell us the desk you are filling. We shortlist from the current cohort against it and share our assessment notes on each person. You interview two or three candidates who have already been trained and observed, not a pile of CVs.
Where are the candidates based, and is the training in English?
The program runs in Ho Chi Minh City and is taught in English. Candidates are final-year students, fresh graduates and first-time job seekers who are based in or willing to travel to Ho Chi Minh City, and communication in English is part of what we assess.
